Amazing Customer Service! After spending days researching we made a decision to purchase a wheel chair and an additional harness. We communicated with customer service via phone, chat and email during and after the purchase and each time the team members, Debbie and Autumn, were extremely helpful. Our pup is able to get in and out of her Walkin’ Wheels with ease.

I was fortunate enough to have spoke with Autumn H. at Walkin’ Pets 3 times now and (bless her soul), asked approximately 1.5 million questions in order to get a dog wheel chair that was gifted to me modified for my disabled duck. Autumn has went above and beyond, being super helpful, even including links, looking over photos I sent for a more precise fit, all the way to providing me a super fast refund when I goofed up and ordered the wrong amount of replacement wheels. Aaaand she was super sweet and pleasant about it all! I never once felt like she was trying to sell me something I didn’t need and she checked and doubled checked to make sure I had all the right parts to get “Dave The Duck” on his way to better mobility! Because of her and how much we love the wheelchair- I will be recommending this company to anyone I know that could benefit from Walkin’ Pets products! So awesome!

For the last 8/9 years I have gotten the calendar, a few times my dog, Layla’s picture had been included. Their products and customer service has always been spot on. Sadly Layla, aka the Diva crossed the rainbow bridge the end of November 2023. I always recommend this amazing company.
