I have already given a 5 star review on the walk-in wheels itself, but I feel I just need to do another review on the customer service this company has. I had questions and needed help because I knew things just didn’t look right when I got everything all put together and adjusted. I started emailing customer service and in less than a day I heard back. Winter was the person who was helping me. I was asked to send pictures and once I did I was told what the problem could be and sure enough it was. Sent more pictures and I asked even more questions and Winter was so patient and kind and addressed all of my concerns and questions I was told to let my fur baby walk around with her wheels for several days and see how she does and if any more problems I could just email back for more help. I was just so impressed with how I was treated. not to many companies can brag about the people they have working for them but Walkin wheels you should be shouting it from the roof top what great people you have. Thank you for everything you’s all do. And thank you Winter.

Great company and great product. Our dog has been getting around on her wheelchair for two years and is still doing great at 15 years old thanks to Walkin Pets! Life changing product for our dog and can't thank them enough. Amazing employees that will review pictures and make suggestions for the setup of the wheelchair at no charge. We love this wheelchair! It has given my dog his confidence back and that means the world to us. The website with sizing suggestion was right on. The packaging was perfect and I knew as soon as I touched the first piece that this was a quality product. The wheelchair was easy to put together and adjust. My dog is a senior, but still took to the chair very quickly. He's had it less than a week and is already able to go down stairs to go outside! I would recommend this product to anyone whose pet is having mobility issues.
