Great customer service from Winter and Olivia. Had an issue with sizing of the wheel chair harness and leg rings, and it was handled immediately. Very friendly and understanding. Thank you!

Wonderful people, very nice design to help dogs get their mobility back.

I got the xs walking warriors vest and small belly belt for my 12 lb mini dachshund with existing back issues. The extra support vest and belly band support has made such a difference in his comfort level when he uses his cart. Installation of the belly band is simple and putting the vest on is easy. A definite must have for long pups with walking issues. I also wanted to mention walking wheels amazing support team. There was an issue where I had accepted the purchase with the wrong shipping information and I called right away and spoke with the lady that answered and she quickly fixed the issue and modified the charges for the shipping mix up. It was very much appreciated!

Unfortunately I had to return since my dog passed but your customer service and return help was great. Especially appreciated the quick response and the reduced shipping cost. I wish I would have been able to open the box and use it.

This company is awesome, one call to them and Danielle made sure that I had the right equipment for my big dog who is a Caucasian Ovcharka, which is a rare breed to the United States. Kudos to Danielle and to the person that fits the wheelchairs. You guys are awesome!

very easy to attach to my dog and he is very happy with it, I see that he moves faster with it than the previous one he had, and very sturdy , he loves snow so having a hard time bringing him back inside the house which is good, thanks again for a great product

They helped me pick the perfect size wheelchair for my doggo Shipped fast and came with good instructions to putting together

Was having with 1st wheelchair, exchanged for different model came quickly. Pup srill hasn't taking a liking to it. But we try couple times a day. I have him sleep by it so he knows it won't hurt him. Still trail period I did lose a bushing while trying outdoors. Know were I can purchase replacement? A
