We received our wheel chair promptly and it is all as described. The foot "rings" are not very user friendly if your dog has any feeling and mobility in their hind legs. It allowed his legs to slip through and then the thin strap was rubbing/slicing his legs. He is also not a huge fan of being in the wheel chair period, but that is more to do with him being scared than anything to do with the chair itself. As he is slowly losing feeling and control in his hind area from a degenerative spinal issue, we hope he becomes more receptive to the idea. We have been trying to get him in it on a regular basis to take little walks, but those are mostly us forcing him to walk in it.

The chair is solid, easy to adjust. The tube support that holds up her back end is not working for her. It’s uncomfortable on her belly and strap that holds the tubes together slides once supporting her weight. Bought the belly support but it is more of a chest support so it doesn’t help. Feel like a hammock design instead of the tubes would be a more comfortable design, at least for females

My 21 your old son is able to use it very well. However, I'm in my 70s and I have Huntington's disease and I'm grateful that my son can walk him with this No one else seems to be able to use it ., my dog has a progressive neural degenerative disease, and I don't know how much longer he's going to be on this earth . My dog is a pug who is almost 12 years old.

My sales rep Winter was wonderful & it was so easy to order. As for putting it together & adjusting, it was stressful, not knowing if everything was done correctly, even with the video & very clear instructions. Word of advise. Make sure your surgeon, vet or therapist knows how to do this so you can be worry free from day one. My sales rep Winter was incredible, even when I was having a melt down. She was eager to help anyway she could. After seeing my baby able to be free after 7 weeks of no independence warmed my heart. He adjusted very quickly after the adjustment & is now more like his self again, now with wheels that follow. Again, thank you Winter for handling "my crazy" the way you did. Many Thanks Rose Gallo

Easy to assemble and adjust to fit our special needs bully. Having the option of air-filled tires is fantastic as he off-roads often and foam tires wear out too quickly. Due to the pin-style adjustment mechanism, there is a slight rattling when he runs around, but as long as the pins don't give out, at least we can hear where he is at all times (I believe that's why so many parents used to let their kids put beads or baseball cards on the spokes of their bike wheels back in the day 😅).

Very happy with the customer service and prompt shipping. I purchased upgraded wheels that happened to fit a different doggy cart. I was able to rent a WW cart with these wheels, but I chose the other brand / design because fewer breakable plastic parts and easier to get a paraplegic pup in and out of.

I bought a band to help my elderly dog with her wheelchair. However before the band arrived or even told it had shipped my dog died. I asked Walkin’ Pets to not send the band however they claim it had been sent and will give me a discount on the return label. Still waiting on the refund, hopefully this transaction will go as smoothly as it seems.

The product (walkin’ pets rear lift harness) works very well, and my dog is able to get around with help, despite having torn both hind ccls. The fit is a little off, however, I used the meaning guide, and it seems a little large, and is adjusted as small as it will go. But it works, and his legs fit it well. I think a smaller size would be too tight on his legs.
