Ordering was fine – I got a refurbished wheelchair. I called on a Saturday hoping to hear from walking pets on that following Monday about a part that I thought was wrong in the box that was sent. Then called again Monday and spoke to someone regarding fitting of wheelchair -individual said to send pictures of dog in it and they would reply via email. Said they would contact me, but haven't heard anything in 3 days. Product seems OK and my dogs' physical therapist ended up answering my questions about the wheelchair. Three stars because of a lack of communication from the supplier. No offense but it's nice not to have to keep on calling companies back for an answer.

The website sizes are very confusing. My dog had/has the size small. As his legs get worse they drag more. I went o. To try to figure out what size to get to lift his hind legs more as he was at the highest adjustment on his wheels. Ended up getting the next biggest size and it is much too big. Also the harnesses are. It interchangeable. This is unfortunate because it could have made the bigger set work if the harness was I terchangae.

Good size. Not the best quality for price.

Nit happy with areas are sharp, could better design as to how hold dog in. Problems with pin in leg pieces. Problems with having to send pictures and return policy. Although it has helped the dog, parts cheaply made and way overpriced. Feel you are takng advantage of people's love if their pets. At the price I would expect not to see plastic parts holding joints together.

I can't get the harness adjusted well enough for him to be able to pee. I have loosened legs straps and lowered wheels. He still just trickles. When I put on the original harness he can empty his bladder no problem. I have tried 4 or 5 times but don't want him to get another problem by trying any more.

Beth, thanks for the review. It sounds like there is a slight adjustment that will need to be made to ensure a proper stream. We are going to reach out to you directly for assistance.

So far this is difficult to put on, took two of us 30 minutes or longer. Dog hates it, he doesn’t want to walk with it on. He needs to get used to it, I’m sure. Also, he would not urinate until we removed the brace. We think he’s gotten used to walking incorrectly and it feels uncomfortable for the brace to alter his gait. We are not giving up, and I’ll review again after it’s been a few weeks.

Would love to rate this company higher but I placed my order and never got confirmation. I emailed the company and they said they didn’t receive my order. Then they said they found it and would ship it that day. Next day I get another email stating the harness I ordered was out of stock so I could pay for a more expensive one or get a refund. I also paid $15 extra so the brace I ordered would get here in 1-4 days. It’s been well over a week now and getting close to 2 and it’s still not here. The customer service lady was nice but unfortunately not a great experience
