The product is well constructed but my dog won’t keep it in. He literally shakes it off. We tried getting him used to it by keep it in short bursts. We tried taping it on. Nothing has worked. A regular splint would have worked better.

I ordered the leash when my dog first got injured. But it took so long to get to our house by the time we got it my dog was maneuvering around the house and our yard without the use of the leash. When I put the leash on her she just laid down. I wish I never saw it. I gave you the rating that you see because I imagine for some people it works great just not our dog

The sizing and proportions of the harnesses are inconsistent and random. The size L harness of the other style was huge on my giant breed dog. The L in the warrior style is too small. The inflexible material made it impossible to get both of his legs through the undersized leg holes as it was too small overall and does not stretch at all..

The wheelchair is amazing, customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I had all of the parts to a wheelchair except for the frame, they wanted to charge me $178 for the frame when a whole new wheelchair came to $117 plus tax… a good friend of mine, gave me the cart, for my paralyzed pug.. I think it is disgraceful did they would try to profit off of the backs of crippled dogs… I recommend the wheelchair, but the people on the phone… Leave a lot to be desired. Not to mention that I called on three different days sent pictures three different times to three different people only for them to tell me that it would cost so much more for just the frame… Rip off

I had very high hopes for the items i bought. I got the carpal wrap and the splint. The wrap was ok but had to be washed a lot because it would hold a funny smell. But i was very disappointed with the splint. It rusted and caused sores on my puppy’s leg.

Thank you for the review, Jessica. We definitely would not recommend that the splint be used in wet environments. We would recommend that the leg(s) for which the splints are used by kept as dry as possible for best results. Not sure what is wrong, but the training did not go well My belief is the wheelchair is to large and i made every adjustment available. Still could not make it work. I need to return the devise so would you let me know how this work,

Sadly my dog was terrified of the cart, I did not want her to injure herself while trying to put her in it. When I chatted to do the return, I felt like it was a struggle to get an approximate restocking fee, I understand, but I never even used the cart,and when I received it,there were 2 clips missing,but I never called to say that because I was planning on using the double ones. I am sure upon returning,I would have been charged for them,although I never had them. I will just donate the cart, it seems like a hassle to return it,like many reviews have said the same... too bad
