Your products, although appearing to be made well and of relatively high quality, were for me useless in practice for my very small dogs.

The "traction socks" did not stay on my dog They quickly came off. They were ineffective. He needed them so he could walk on hardwood floors and decking, but the socks were totally useless because they did not stay on. They resulted in my dog being injured because they came off. This was inexcusable.

There was a delay in sending and in shipping the product. Even brand-new I would have to pay for return postage and a restocking fee. Total BS. Will not order from this company again and advise you to work with a company who cares about helping the customers.

My dog won't wear the bootie and just trying to put it on her put enough marks on it to render it unreturnable.

The wheelchair are not able to help big dogs(presa canario masff muscular heavy weight 150 plus pounds these dogs can weight up to 200 pounds) the wheels are too far out, harness pops off very quickly and easily on the sides, and it's very dangerous, it's false hope and fake advertising, it's not for the animal to be able to go outside and do it's business(poop, peepee). The underbelly harness digs into the dogs private parts, Not useful to person without help to put the animal into or out of the wheelchair, you need two people, the harness is not wide enough to make any difference in a big dogs built (maybe looking into other styles of underbelly harness would help) In my account the advertising of the company for all dogs are misleading, and not true. Giving families false hope and expectations, that are not delivered, for their pets. maybe if the front harness would be heavy duty, so if scraps by the side walls it would not unhing, hinges that have to manually be unhinged, would best work. If the underbelly harnesses would be wider so it doesn't cut into the animal's private parts, maybe it would help them do business (poop, and peepee) outside like they did before they became disabled, it would be awesome. if you could harness the heavy dogs onto the sides of the wheelchair while they are laying down, and then get the wheelchair into walking mode, with the pets already in place would be double awesome, eliminates the need for two people. Not much pressure on the private parts help them do business,(poop and peepee) there's got to be a way to harness them to the chair and then position them to be able to walk or rest with the wheelchair. One other way would be if by using the wheelchair as a roller where the animal could rest and lay down in the wheelchair without needing two people to put the pets in and out of the wheelchair. Being a single pet parent this wheelchair is no use, two persons are needed to put a heavy pet into the wheelchair, (not everyone is blessed to have an able body to help) am trying to figure out a way for me to use the wheelchair with my big pet wish the wheelchair could be useful throughout the whole daytime the pet could use it while walking around playing around, sit in with out having to get him out of wheelchair, rest and lay while still in the wheelchair, and get him in and out while laying down,
