I love the products for my handicapped fur baby, but what I find it difficult to swallow was the return process. I had bought a vest for my dog during a Black Friday sale, and had to return it to get a bigger size and also one of the buckle was broken. They offered me a new buckle for the broken piece, however I needed a bigger vest. But with all the fees to restock/refund/shipping out of my own pocket and had to get the vest original price, ended up spending more money than I had originally intended. I wished that they would honor the sale price. Please consider revising the policy regarding return process. Everything else was great and love the product.

I liked the my brace and wheelchair arrived so quickly. (The brace was ordered through Amazon). I was disappointed at the lack of directions on assembly and putting the devices on my Jagger. The vet measured my dog for the brace. He is a 12.4 lb Maltese that has a bigger chest due to a severe back deformity. I think she recommended the small thinking XS would be too small. Small was too long.

Well my dog is disabled on the back side from and FCE since March. I find it odd that you don’t include the belly strap with the wheel chair, a needed piece. I sow, so this isn’t an issue for me. In addition we have now spent thousands of dollars on rehabbing her to get her up and walking and if it is a wrong fit for her, with her condition measuring is tough, you would hold back a restocking fee of $40 from our refund. The product I feel is not worth over $400 that I paid. People such as myself are coming to you for a product to help their animal not become more in debt.

The unit looks sturdy .I have no engineering genes and putting it together required concentration and time. I think I have it all but the leg straps. In one picture (Without dog) it looks as if the straps go straight beside the leg holders. In the picture with the grey dog it looks as if the black straps cross over the backbone. When I try to do that then the leg holders get messed up !!

Prompt service but wrong product. Still waiting for a return label!

I have ordered the rear wheel chair based on the size guide provided and it is too big. I have ordered the buddy up carrier and they are too big. I believe that they make the harness straps to fit as many dogs as possible and they need some in between sizes. I have abandoned the rear buddy up and have made a sling out of a cloth shopping bag. Works great.

The wheel chair was not a workable fit for my corgi. It was difficult to assemble, and the directions could use some improvement with detail and better wordage. It was not an intuitive process, and the design is not friendly for putting it on or off a crippled dog. .

I love the product. The absolute best wheelchair for a pet. Customer service? Not so much. I called and the rep said I needed to talk to one of their specialists but none were available and one would call me back. Never got the call so I used their text box a couple of days later. Had problems with the site ordering the parts. It was over a week and no notice my order had been sent. Checked the site and it said cancelled, so I ordered again. Got the parts in the mail later that day. Checking my credit card I had been charged twice. I called and told the rep the situation and was told I'd have to pay a restocking fee plus as much as $30 to return the second shipment. Might as well just keep it. The parts were only $39.
