I was extremely disappointed. Big, clunky, heavy, thick, hard plastic- no way my elderly cocker spaniel dog could drag this stiff huge brace around. It’s the right size it’s just huge. The paw part tilts down so she was walking on the tip toe and jacked her hip up. It doesn’t make any sense for dog with neurological problems, knuckling, or weakness. They can’t lay down bc it’s so hard and has no give. I made a splint out of a light aluminum finger brace that was perfect and she walked well with it but the wrap wouldn’t stay and so i couldn’t make it stay in place. Then I found this site and thought it was the answer but no. I’m devastated bc now I have no way to help her. The design is just not usable for elderly or weak pets. I have Velcro hock supports but now her back paw is knuckling and there’s nothing soft or pliable in existence that she can wear all day. I’m so sad- this product is just not as advertised and it’s not helpful unless your dog is still strong and can lift paws up high to make up for the downward tilt and thick plastic of the paw part at the base. Plus the return shipping and restocking fee is so expensive and complicated I’m losing money just by trying it. Not worth it at all for us unfortunately .

This chair is very hard to set up and fit the dog, the instructions are hard to articulate. The chair also tips over very easily which is awful to deal with.

This could change bit this is the way I feel right now. I received the wheelchair for my dog chair very quickly (ordered Thursday and got it on Tuesday) but when I was going to put it on George one of the clips (that connected harness to chair) was broken in the box. I called in and sent in pictures of the broken clip and they sent it out. I have not received the clip or heard anything more than it was shipped. Hopefully it comes soon so George can test it out. Most disappointed that a new chair would have been packed with a broken clip installed.

It was very difficult to understand what size was required and, once received, was one of the most difficult assemblies I've ever encountered. I've had the chair for some time now and still have not used it. 1. My dog needed full support. What you are getting is a rear-support chair with an attachment. This was very confusing. 2. I read that, for dogs who need the extra support around the belly (like sway back), an abdomen support was recommended, which I purchased. I then find that this was a waste of money because the front-support attachment includes one. 3. After reviewing the instructions in the two brochures (the rear-support brochure and the front-support brochure are not the same!), as well as the online videos, I still have no idea how the appliance is supposed to fit/behave so it sits in a corner, unused. My recommendation to anyone considering this purchase would be to look for a local company who might provide the device or find a local veterinarian who uses the product to fit and assemble it for you. I've wasted close to $700, at this point.

Ordered extra large. Fully extended I still cannot get it on her legs high enough to close.

The quality is excellent however the sizing chart online is not consistent with the sizing on the package or the product. Maybe they intend the extra foam to compensate but it doesn’t. We were unable to use the product because it was way too large.

Poor customer service. Product itself is decent.

It wasn't a good fit for our Corgi. Since we used it a few times, and tried to adjust it, it's not returnable. The only way to fit it is to use it. I understand we can't return the wheelchair.
