I contacted customer service to let them know my dog had passed away. They said the product already shipped. It was unopened and I paid to return it and your company charged me a restocking fee. I was charged over $77 when a return would’ve been handled for free through Amazon. Now I’m asked to write a review. Sometimes a company needs to actually use humans and not let their automated systems run their business. To top it off my browser keeps sending me targeted ads. It has been a very sad experience.

Didn’t even get out of the box before we lost our Lab. Contacted them and instead of being sympathetic or even caring they reminded me of the rules. Yes we bought a used one so they were correct. Just remember a day will come and someone will remind you of the rules while your heart is breaking!!!

They did not send a crucial part of the wheelchair making it useless. When I let them know Monday they said they are doing an annual inventory and cannot ship anything until the end of the week. This is not a toaster it's a wheelchair. I am not sure they understand this concept. Horrible customer service. The apology was they were sorry I didn't receive the part. The apology should have read WE are sorry for screwing up the order and that we will make it right ASAP because you spent $300 on a dog wheelchair you must need this. FYI still haven't heard from them, and yes it's been a week. Got the part 10 days after notifying them it was missing and the below apology. Aside from the above experience the unit is excellent. My dog loves it. He's walking around in the snow again and enjoying it.

My order is missing parts so the wheelchair is unusable. I emailed the company about the issue assuming they would send the missing parts but I have yet to receive a reply. I'll keep waiting for a response. Luckily they did ship the drag bag I ordered so my dog gets to drag himself around the house without scraping his feet.
