I called Walk’n pets, and the representative was very polite, professional, and helpful. My English Lab has a wide girth, but the Large leg harnesses were awkward. I was uncertain what size wheelchair to order based on the default measurement for Labrador Retriever. The rep advised that I adjust the breed, and sure enough, the Med/Large frame fits BEAUTIFULLY! My boy has a New Lease on Life.

The wheelchair is brilliantly made and adjustments with help from our veterinarian were easy.

The product is amazing and so grateful for the opportunity my dog gets to experience life with such mobility to enjoy life … I would note that the 12 inch wheels are not the best fit for a medium size wheel chair as they are quite a bit heavier and difficult for my Australian cattle dog to pull so we wil have to use it for shorter walks and keep to the 8 inch wheels for long walks and hikes. Wish i knew before hand the weight and size difference could be difficult but it was never mentioned from the staff .. but beautiful wheels and products and will always be recommending to others how pleased we are to use Walk-in wheels .

I spoke to Autumn several times, and I couldn’t ask for such compassionate assistance with technical issues. She was very helpful when I called again w/ a possible solution for an issue I was having.. I must say I was very impressed with the compassion I was shown with the stress I was going through. I rate the customer service : Above excellent !

I called Walking Pets after not seeing any emails about my order. The Customer Service Rep was very nice and found my information. I had misspelled my last name in my email (I did it on my phone), so I was not getting any emails from them. We both laughed at my mistake and she said that she does it all the time. She was very polite, professional, and fun to talk to. She was able to send me the information once she had the correct email. I am pleased with WalkinPets so far. I have not received our "wheels" yet, but I am impressed so far!

This company is amazing. I work with a rescue and wrote them about possibly donating three wheelchairs to help out dogs with IVDD. They responded so quickly and got together three refurbished chairs for us and our three dogs are doing awesome now running around in their new chairs. They can now enjoy the beach go for long walks even go up a stair or two in them. I highly recommend these chairs to anyone who has a dog with trouble walking. It will give them their lives back.
