After much researching I decided to order my frenchie some wheels through walkinpets. The range if products was big and all was extremely easy to follow and work out what I needed. Delivery was quick!

This is a wonderful company. Even though our crippled sheep did not make it, the walker fit her perfectly. We will definitely come back again if ever needed.

Was a mixup in the leg straps we received. They fixed it right away with no questions and did so with a great attitude. Thank you for being so wonderful during such a difficult time for our Glady and family.

They were so helpful on the phone. I didn’t know how to measure my dog’s legs, I wasn’t sure if there was hope, yet they were very supportive and reassured me that they’ve seen many success stories. The process was also very easy.

Well, it’s been a heck of a,3 plus weeks, journey so far: On April 17, we returned from 5 days in Florida to find that our 12 1/2 year old Aussie could no longer walk. She had been struggling occasionally for a while and was on Carprofen and Gabapentin. But, now, things were dire and we needed to help our angel, Gracie, get around. After some Googling, we settled on your wheel chair, partly because your pictures showed Aussies and said they were quick learners. Well, I can finally say today that Gracie has become a fan. She doesn’t run, mind you, but she gets around on our street and in our backyard. She still bumps into things all the time but she has learned to back up and turn corners pretty well. Last weekend, she had a UTI which was horrible. I spent the weekend cleaning up bloody pee. Clamavox has gotten her pee back to normal but thank goodness your wheelchair is totally cleanable! Your product is very well-designed but there is still a learning curve for both the humans and the dog. Adjusting the fit took a bit of effort and time. We also got the buddy up which is helpful so we don’t need to use a sling so much. That took a lot of adjustments which was annoying. One suggestion: the first instruction on the buddy up bag should be to tell the purchaser to match the fit of the original harness to the new one. We finally figured that out and wished we had thought of it sooner ! Sorry if I’m rambling. I’m exhausted but I wanted to let you know that we are happy we purchased your products. Please stop the daily emails now. But, thanks again for a thoughtful quality product.
