Customer service was fantastic and helped me throughout the process of finding a harness that would benefit my dog in a wheelchair. Even though the harnesses I ordered did not work for him, I appreciated all the suggestions and help.

My Odin turned 12 this year and over the past year it's been difficult for him to keep up. He has so much desire to get up and go, but even short bouts would leave him exhausted. His back legs would give out and he would just look defeated. Walkinpets changed all of that for him. The wheelchair gave him the ability to go, go, GO again. It took a little while to get used to corners, but now he's a pro!

Everything advertised came in the box. Awesome product. My GSD has really bad hips, after a few tweaks with the equipment, adjusting straps, She is running around chasing her Kong toy. She tipped over a couple of times, No panic, got her back upright and she is ready to go. She is learning how to wear and play. Think she is doing great. Best thing since sliced bread. It really warms my heart to see her up and happy again. A tad bit expensive, but worth every penny to watch her run and play again.

The sales rep, Winter, was most knowledgeable and helped me make the right choice for purchasing a cart for my 13 yr old Great Dane Spencer who has major hind leg issues. Winter placed the order and actually called me back with additional information. The cart arrived in record time, was easy to assemble and works perfectly. Spencer is now able to stand and walk on his own. He’s happy and I don’t have to strain trying to walk him on my own.

My dog Hugz is so happy for the past ten months since she started to use her wheelchair..it is so easy to adjust. And, someone was able to FaceTime with us and help adjust it even more. I thought it was expensive at first, and now I see it's priceless since it has given all of us so many more adventures!
