The product is fine, shipping is quick. But there could be a better system for selecting the right chair for an individual pet. I have had to place multiple orders to get the right combination of products for my amputee pup. Something like a quiz that is utilized these days by other companies to guide the consumer to what products would work for them. If you are considering a walkin pets chair, really comb through the site to find the right accessory products for you.

We had a different style in the past and it wore out after years of use. They don't seem to have that style any more so I was excited to try this one. Sizing was drastically different that our previous one so I had to return and repurchase which is no longer free, and then the second one fit but is very snug even with careful measuring. Because of the way it uses Velcro and because of it being snug it doesn't stay on well at all and works it's way open when our very active dog tries to play. But now that we tried using it and because of the cost of returning and repurchasing I am just not sure it's worth trying to return or worth trying again for this product to work. Not sure what to do now that we have the rest of his chair but no front harness. I know it was probably too expensive for them to do free exchanges but we have been loyal customers for years and it's frustrating that it will cost more and more to find the right product for our very active paralyzed dog

Seems to be a fairly well made product Perfect for medium size dogs However my dog is large 130lbs with no use of his back legs Impossible for one person to get him in Not user friendly

Still needing more time to use the harness. Used it twice and she immediately went to the bathroom. Need to coordinate with use of the regular leash as part of the regular walk.

Great product as far as quality of build. I think i got a newbie assembling mine. Front wheels were screwed into front arms as mirror images to intended (isomers.) Height on medium is correct, length is barely long enough. Real wheels are less stable than what comes with the large model, don't do as well in the yard. I took wheels on the large and cut the legs down to make a hybrid, works really well. Would be nice if there was a "belly weight" support, on bungies, to take some weight off legs and onto middle of frame. Would be nice if you could order any part to build custom. It worked out for me on this one since i had other chairs to use parts from.

I ordered a front harness for my wheelchair. It is good quality but it did not come with the clips to hook to a wheelchair. I clicked option yes for using it with a chair. I had to take clips off my old harness and attach it to the new one. The harness is confusing to adjust. I went by measurements and it’s too big, so I’m trying to tighten it. Last time I had to deal with customer service was not ideal so I chose to try to fix this myself. I may have to return. Even though last time I did not get refunded on a return because it was deemed dirty.

I ordered the front harness but the rear harness was shipped to me. Even though my packing slip said front harness, I had to take pictures to prove I received the wrong harness. Shipping took longer than the company said. I was not offered any type of discount for future products given their mistake. There were no directions - found them right on the bag! Good idea-they’ll never get lost!
