We purchased the mini-quad walker for our 4lb 17.5 year old poodle. It took quite a bit of time to put together. I think the instructions could have been a more detailed with pictures and less words. The instructional video was the most helpful. The walker is sturdy, but your pup will need to have good forward motion and strength to be able to use it. The materials could be lighter weight. We are saddened that our pup passed away shortly after purchasing the walker, but we are happy that it gave her a few more opportunities to experience walking on her own.

I usually do not write reviews, however my experience with Walkin’Pets deserves one! My order was taken with professionalism and quickly processed. The delivery was prompt. The wheels were easy to put together. I needed to make adjustments after the first walk with my dog and I had some questions. Danielle was great to work with! My boy is so happy to be walking again and especially to be with his 2 best dog buddies! The only thing I would improve would be the clips that hold the stirrups. They are too easy to fall off when not in use and moving the cart around from one place to another. Other than that I am very happy with the cart and I have one happy dog!

I think the product is high quality and would say the only thing that could use an upgrade is the part that hangs the legs up, crotch piece I guess. It's not comfortable for my dog but functional. I just think it's a tad rudimentary when you think it's holding most of the body weight up and in the most sensitive of areas.. other than that I live this company.
