It is too big for my dog after asking numerous questions about the sizing. I have made numerous calls and have yet to receive any response.

We got one through Amazon and it didn't come with the hooks to hook it to the wheelchair. We sent it back but you said we didn't send all the parts back. After a long time you let us reorder one. It took forever to get here and the metal hook is broken. We gave up and are now without a working harness. Your customer service is not helpful.

I payed delivery and they charged me 120 dollars more when the chair arrived.

Material is cheap for the expensive price. The rubber material unglues on the bottom of the boot and it’s sides. I suggest making the xsmall less bulky for dogs like chihuahuas who have tiny feet/paws. Add the printable templates for custom fit foam on your website.

The return policy is a total rip-off. I got charged for $46.54 for some reason, wasn't damaged or dirty. Never got response to my question about it. If a mistake was made just say that, mistakes happen. But if this their mode of operation taking advantage of pet lovers who would try anything for a better life for their loved ones is reprehensible.
