I submitted two attempts to return product and never got a return invoice either time. I was very optimistic with all the returns info that came with the item. Item itself worked wel for the one very brief time I got to use it for my declining dog. Disappointed in the return attempts.

My 130 pound dog slips right out of it and they won’t allow me to return it

Bought this wheels chair my dog wore it once and fell ( learning ) but than the clamp broke , order one off of the site and weeks later got an email saying it was on back order and than a month later maybe longer they cancel my order , so I bought a wheel chair couldn’t use and couldn’t fix.

These braces don't work for bilateral rear leg issues. Our large dog couldn't get either leg under himself to push himself up. I emailed for help and was just told yo keep trying. By that time the braces were too scuffed up to return, which I'm guessing was the plan. Total waste of money.

You deducted quite a bit off our return when the cart was never used. It's bad enough my dog died before he could use it.

This is too difficult to handle a dog over 40 pounds and straddle the straps and hooks when the pet has an injury. The side clasps needed a pliers to release them and by the time the pet gets settled they are stressed out along with the owner. I do not recommend this dog wheelchair if you cannot pick up your dog with one hand and maneuver the straps and belly straps with the other. I donated mine to a rehab center for dogs.

Need to explain how sizes work

Harness does not fit right. The extension are to long they are way pass his shoulder & they are all the way in .
