Have been working with this company for almost two weeks, trying to get my little one set up in a walking chair. They have been extremely responsive, and I have been on the phone with them at length during this process. Very emotional time and they have been very understanding, very patient, and helpful!

Our Great Dane was temporarily paralyzed by a ruptured disc in his neck, and after surgery lost alot of muscle. His new Walkin' Pets wheelchair has allowed us to help him slowly build strength and stamina back. I don't think he would've made this quick of progress without it! Customer service help has been amazing and extremely quick! I would recommend them to anyone who is put in our unfortunate situation.
