I bought the walkin dog boots. Had them on him 2 back feet because he sometimes walks on his toes (has dysplasia). The very first day he wore them the toe and pad part started to fray, and really show wear. Today is day 6 and waiting for a hole to appear. This product is not worth the 26.00 .

It is not clear how to put your pet in that wheelchair for dogs we are having a hard time getting a minute so he can use it

I needed new knuckles for my dogs wheels. After receiving them I found they would not fit the unit due to a design change. I sent a number of pictures and spoke to a customer rep. Nobody has gotten back to me about a solution to the problem. When I contacted the company the second time I got the excuse of a small company being over stressed from all the incoming work and that the rep. I originally spoke to was not working that day. I jury rigged the old knuckles so that they work. I'm sending back the knuckles that don't fit.

We finally were able to afford this extremely expensive wheelchair for my beloved dog. We paid, and waited. It arrived in 12 days (not 4 to 6 as advertised). We ordered LARGE. We received MEDIUM. Half an hour on hold hearing an intrusive message about debilitated pets, and finally a customer service rep responded. I explained the situation. She wanted photographs of the labels of Medium sized wheelchair. I kept asking if the metal chair was labeled itself & perhaps the paper labels were wrong. She ignored my questions, gave lame excuses for the flaws in their service & never provided me the number to text photos to. I asked to speak to someone else. Yes, I was upset. She hung up on me. All day I have emailed & texted and still not had this issue resolved. I assume I have to ship this back and wait how long for the right size. Sadly, my dog does not have however long to wait. I carry him around like a wiggling 65 pound suitcase to go potty many times a day. Simple responsive customer service would have been helpful. Correct product would have been helpful. Timely shipping would have been helpful. Buyer be warned.

My dog cannot use the wheels. I spike to customer service about problems with the snap on attachments and the buckles. I was offered a harness...it was too big, so I returned it and was docked money for whatever reason...then I was offered new straps and buckle attachments...they do not work. They come undone and my boy falls on his face. I am done with this. I will donate the cart for a dog who only needs the back leg support. Thank you anyway.

I was very dissatisfied with walking pets. My Golden retriever died before I could use the rear harness. My return was refused due to an alleged stain on the harness. I did not find any stain when it was returned to me. This was my first and last purchase from Walking Pets. The harness was never used.

I feel bad , but 5he Velcro has almost stopped working. It hasn’t helped my do*, 5he thing to put in 5he middle, impossible for my dog to use. Very disappointed.

I’m sorry it didn’t work out for my Ozzie. I have called and the person was really nice and said they were sending me information to send back never received been over a month. I also called and left messages about it no return call. Please send info through the mail I explained I didn’t have a computer couldn’t print anything. He was really nice and said not a problem. He would mail out all the paperwork that I would need to return. Please let me know if it was ever mailed out because I have left messages no response. Thank you
