I am happy with the rear support wheels for my elderly Great Dane. The instructional videos are helpful, but it took some tweaking to get things arranged properly. It did not happen the first go-around, so be patient. As we have trained, and our old boy has gotten used to the wheels, the main issue we encountered (my only complaint, honestly) is that the frame wanted to tip on some of the terrain. Certain slanted sidewalks or slight hills require us to walk behind and spot him to make sure he doesn’t tip and fall, so it takes two to walk him. Maybe this is because he is so tall/top heavy?? But the good thing is that he feels confident to walk where he pleases and these wheels are allowing him to go on walks that he otherwise would not get to enjoy. We are SO thankful for that.

The products are of great quality, the end caps were just slightly too big, even though i purchased the small ones.

I love that the product arrived promptly, beautifully packaged and in excellent condition. I also love that the materials seem very sturdy, and I think it will serve our pug's needs once we get it adjusted correctly. We are struggling with some adjustment issues and will look more into the website to get some assistance. Our pug is quite squirmy when trying to get him situated in the chair, and it's definitely a two-person job to hold him steady and make the necessary adjustments. We're not giving up because we want our pug to have more mobility.

My initial experience was not good but I eventually got them to do a virtual fitting, everything fell into place but not until my dog had become anxious and hated the walker. We are building up trust but the fitting would have made a difference. Only 1st time users need it so it should not be much of a burden.

Great concern and delivery. Only problem was, even though I am certain I measured my daschund correctly, it was too tall for him and I had to cut the back legs down 1.5 inches.

Delivery was so quick! Service great! We bought a medium harness and is small sizing so a really tight fit, we are hoping it stretches out. Otherwise everything is top quality.

Arrived timely and person I talked to Very knowledgeable. The only problem is my little dog is between sizes. I cannot hook the chest area, he is to wide in the chest. Would love the walking assist harness in a smaller size to try then I could use it when I swim him for control and support. He is short legged and all the other harnesses rub his shoulders were as the lift harness has free shoulder movement.

I researched before I purchased and Walkinpets received very good ratings. I had a little trouble navigating the website but was able to make the purchase (with the exception of booties that my dog really needed). Although my Puggle met the criteria for a medium-size dog, we had to make a lot of adjustments. The "wheelchair" itself was very easy to put together and adjust to fit, but the harness and seat straps were too big and we had to do some cutting of the neoprene to make it fit. It was a lot of trial and error, but my pup is now happy and free to follow his nose and explore the world.
