Canadian web site no existant or closed , Web site said a 10 % discount , it was not applied , I asked if I could ship on my shipping account answer NO we have to use UPS .... begrudgingly paid extra for a 3 day delivery and was shipped 7 days later ... the product arrived ok and was easy to assemble so the product was fine

I have going back and forth with this company via email about an order I placed on October 5 and have yet to receive a shipping update let alone my order. My dog was suddenly diagnosed with rear paraplegia back in April of 2024 and has since been using a wheel cart. Now in order for him to use his wheel cart, he needs a vest to his size, that can adjust and function as a harness to attach to the wheel cart. Before my dog's condition, he was ALWAYS up and running, jumping, always in movement. Needless to say it was devasting news when we found out we would no longer be able to walk. But we were given hope when we were told he still has the capability to move around with the assistance of the cart and a vest. A vest that that has been worn out. ALL I wanted from WalkinPets was for them to provide with another vest that I purchased before he got to this stage where he is STRUGGLING to walk because of the velcro detaching from his worn out vest. I am upset and now I need to look a reliable service that can actually provide the product my dog needs.

I sent an email to return rails that had smaller clips but did but get a response. I ended up buying new rails that fit. The description did not say the clips were smaller so I feel like I wasted money on an otherwise good product.

It was difficult to speak to anyone in customer services and/or to make a return.

Terrible service and shipping I am still waiting for the product after a month And no one can tell if the wheelchair is really arriving since no shipping details could be provided (can you believe this ?!it feels like it’s a deceit) If your pet is in need Never think of Walkin pet Please try other brands Dun miss the best rehab time

Product was way overpriced.....and didn't work. Then, I had to pay a restocking fee and return freight for a product that was faulty

Purchased an item to use with our ailing dog. Harness arrived the day before we had to let our dog cross the Rainbow Bridge, so we never used it. It was purchased as a last hope, but conditions worsened and it wasn't necessary. I initiated a return of the unused item the day we let our dog go, but had to eat $11 in restocking/postage fees. Two weeks passed since Walkin' Pets received my return - and I heard nothing. Finally received my reduced refund, and that was only because I sent off an email asking about it.

The delivery of the product was so badly delayed I no longer need the sling (between 3 to 4 weeks). I am not going to go through the stress of trying to return it to your company given I found your customer service not helpful at all. So I am now out the money for a product I no longer require.
