We received the small dog cart less than a week after ordering. It is well made and sturdy. Any questions I had were addressed in the instructions or on the web site. I appreciated the email I received requesting photos from various vantage angles. It was reassuring to know the wheelchair was fitted to my girl correctly. Jillian (the rep who reached out to us) even asked for a short video to see if she could determine why the dog is only knuckling when in the cart. I would highly recommend this item.

The equipment is high quality, and the how-to booklet helpful- but it’s always nice to know there are real people available to support you and your fur baby!

We are very happy with our purchase. Our pooch has degenerative myelopathy and this has helped him tremendously getting around. Easy to assemble and get properly fitted. It's great quality and the design seems comfortable for our Oreo.

Good high quality products. Unfortunately, our dog passed before he was able to fully utilize his wheelchair.
