I am very displeased with your company and your customer service. I have ordered two different harness from your company and I have received neither. I canceled my first order after it went on back order a week after I ordered it. I order a different harness same thing happens it goes on back order so I call and the employee assures me that he can assist me with a different harness. He says he will call me back that day. I have heard nothing from him. This was 3 days ago. I have not received a email about my order etc.. will not be using your company in the future.

As others here have stated, putting together and then fitting a dog in these wheels is complicated. Since there is no in-person customer service where I live, I had to depend on their 8-5 (ET) phone-in customer service. Three of the four reps I talked to simply sent me very short videos that did not help at all. Why won’t they video chat in real time? That is so simple but instead they need to hurry and then send video links. After spending over $300 on the wheels, I expected more than a poorly written instruction manual, and customer service people who quickly get you off the phone by sending video links. After reading about how hard it is to return the wheels without getting money taken off, now I’m nervous about being stuck with an expensive contraption that just won’t help my dog who really, really needs the help.

I ordered the Halo on April 16th. I still have not received it and today is May 7th. I have talked to the company twice and was told they would find out where my order is and get back to me both times. I have yet to hear anything from them. I have called USPS and now they are looking into where my order is. I have my doubts they will find it either. The customer service rep I talked to both times said he would talk to his supervisor and see if they could send me a new halo. I haven't heard any response to that either. If my dog was not blind and needed the Halo that I've already paid over $50.00 for I would forget it and just get my money back.

Incomplete order and Missing parts of small dog holster with Wheels. For. Spinal injury. Very disappointing

This is very complicated. Even though my dog weighs 80 lbs, the larger harness is way too big for him. Additionally, I think that it would be better to sell this product in vet kiosks or pet store kiosks where each animal can be fitted and evaluated. Those with arthritis in the back limbs are also not going to be able to pull with their front legs. It's just not a simple thing and to market it online makes the process frustrating to say the least.

The large size did not fit me dog.

The harness does not support his back and hips.

I ordered 2 booties. Because of the severity of my dogs front legs curviture, the bootie that I tried would not fit. It needed more straps to hold his legs in place. He walked right out of it. I tried to use it 2 or 3 times the day I got the shoes. I called letting you know the problem and returned the booties. After they were sent I saw where I was only getting half my money back for supposedly severely damaging the one bottie. I did not damage the bootie I simply kept one sheet of foam rubber as I had cut the foam to fit the bootie so I needed to pay for that sheet of foam. Not $50. for one bottie. I was going to check on a wheel chair for the front of my dog, but as is, I don't want anything further to do with this company.
