Great customer service. My dog has been using the back rear wheels for years and it’s never given me a problem. The company is constantly improving on their products and making the lives of pets better.

As always, a great product, easy to assemble, and exceptional customer service if needed.

They were very pleasant and prompt when I spoke to them on the phone. and empathetic when I called them and told them the wheelchair came the same day my pet passed away. I had no problems with the returned unopened Package. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if my second dog has a problem

This has been a game changer for my almost 15 year Pekingese. He can walk a mile with his chair. He would not be able to do so without it.

Absolutely pleased with my experience. Came into this whole scary story with no idea what my “Mister Peanut” dog needed as far as size, etc…and you guys were so helpful on the phone. My dog developed a neurological condition during the pandemic at the age of 12yrs old. Between her age and having stage 2 kidney failure (very manageable but can’t do most medications) I decided for a non surgical approach. With it being at the start of the pandemic it was very hard to find a lot of help so I did my research and found this amazing company. I ordered online and they emailed me to make sure I was getting the perfect match. Miss Molly has been in her Walkin Wheels since Sept 2021 and back to dog parks and beach play every day. This company gave us a new lease on life.
