1st - we had to return the first harness because it didn't fit our foster dog as well as expected. The 2nd one arrived soon after we shipped back the 1st one and it works like a dream! We weren't sure since we were buying for a permanent foster / hospice dog, but it seems to have really helped him feel more comfortable about walking around the house and yard & it has prevented him from bumping his head into things.

They offer a complete line of well made, reasonably priced aids for dogs with temporary or permanent disabilities. It did not work out for our dog because she is too weak and frail to benefit from the options they offered. My money was refunded quickly and easily. I would recommend their products and the customer service was excellent.

My 16 year old terrier lost the use of his back legs this past year, and your store was the only one I found that could provide a back leg harness that 1. Actually fit him, and 2.Allowed him to walk again and be able to relieve himself easily while wearing it. I had several chats with customer service folks to ensure that I was getting the proper size, and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. In short, Walkin Pets was a lifesaver for my pooch!

Ordering the wheelchair and then the front wheels the next week was a pleasant experience. Your customer service ladies were very helpful and so eager to help me. Now we just have to get Buttons to use those legs to move herself along. We know she can do it!
