Quick and good service

Called in our order because we wanted to make sure we got it right. Wonderful people helped us through the measuring and order process, answering all our questions very patiently. Wheels fit our dog perfectly and he is once again mobile and happy. Great company, great service. Highly recommend!

The wheels were shipped right away and arived within a week's time. Unfortunately my dog suffered a turn for the worse and we were never able to use the wheels. Walkin' Pets more than happily accepted the return with full refund. They could not have been more polite, helpful and generous during a difficult time.

They were very helpful and my request was simple. It was a new sheet of the sponge sheet to make a new insole. Our little boy has been able to run with the other little dogs.
