Ho ordinato una sedia a rotelle "full support" per il mio cane che non riusciva più a stare in piedi in autonomia. Il prodotto è arrivato in tempi record ed è stato relativamente facile da montare ed utilizzare. Un unico piccolo inconveniente con delle viti della misura sbagliata ma l'azienda ha provveduto a mandarcene delle altre a loro spese. Il prodotto è funzionale, anche se un po' delicato quindi va trattato con cura nel caso in cui il cane sia un po' irruento/agitato ma resta comunque molto funzionale e capace di ridare autonomia a cani malati/anziani. Valutate attentamente le misure del vostro cane per acquistare il modello più adatto e fatevi aiutare dal loro supporto clienti.

We placed our order for the full support mini wheelchair over the phone, and the customer service representative we spoke with was incredibly friendly and helpful. They assisted us with making sure we had all the right measurements for our dog, as well as any additional information that was needed. After receiving and assembling the wheelchair, we have been very pleased with the design, functionality, and customizability of the product, and it has been greatly assisting our dog in being able to move independently again.
