The harness is excellent! A perfect fit for the wheels I already have! One star lost because the package was sent to a FedEx center at an inconvenient location and no mention of it beforehand. I thought the package would be delivered right to my door but no. Overall though would definitely reccomend and order again👍

The first rear leg splint I bought was too small, probably an error in measuring on my part. The replacement came right away. The splints were easy to use and very well made. I'm not going to bother trying to return the first one because the velcro is full of my dog's long white hair. Four stars instead of five because the second splint came with no instructions and the package was damaged. Fortunately I still had the booklet, etc. from the first splint. Overall I think this company makes a fine product.

We received the wrong color walking wheels. It was resolved in a 3to 4 days, but with no apology or offer of compensation for our time and inconvenience at this emotional time in our lives.

Customer service is very good, no issues. The quality of the clips and snaps are in need of improvement. Wheel chair is excellent.

Had issues with the wrong parts being send twice but they were communicating throughout and we got there in the end.

Emily loves her wheels! My only concern is with the materials some of the components are made of. The piece the holds the "saddle" together separated quite soon after we started using the wheelchair. I sew, so it was easy for me to reconstruct the piece. I recommend purchasing one of the other harnesses, we replaced the original with the "Warrior" one. Hopefully she will get many happy years out of her wheelchair.

The Walkin' Pets harness works well for our 60 lb male chow mix. He seems comfortable and is able to pee and poop while wearing it. It's relatively easy to put on and take off, and overall has made it possible to help our dog through his paralysis. One thing I would change is the number of straps and plastic hooks; it feels overly complicated and the long straps get in the way when he's laying down (there are four connections on each side). We ended up removing all of the plastic hooks and longer straps. If there was one adjustable strap that hooked across the back, with two straps from each side sewn into that, it would simplify design and make it easier all around (one connection instead of four).

I like the design of the combination walking harness. I think this will fit the needs my dog has. This only receives 4 stars since the size chart was not very accurate, they run much smaller. As a result I had to return the medium and purchase a small. That cost me $40 extra for them to clean the returned one. Overall I like this unit, which is why I purchased a small one to replace the medium one. If you order one, just remember they run smaller than their chart recommends.
