Not to good. never got to use the product ...the dog passed away, but the refusal to cover cost of return shipment was and the attitude about it was not good. as to the product... it could be fabulous but never even opened the box.

Considering that the wheels cost me approximately $600, this purchase was one of my bigger mistakes. The video showed dogs running over grassy areas, not just smooth concrete. My dog could not walk in it over any surface that had so much as a crack or bump in it. It was a lot of money, but I was willing to try anything. I guess I am not sorry because I would never have forgiven myself if I had thought that I hadn't tried everything. Each dog is different, just like people, and I hope that my review does not dissuade others from trying the Walkin' Wheels, but I just feel a need to warn them not to get their hopes up too high.

When I purchased the quad chair over the phone, I was told it was very rugged and could be used on rough terrain. The front wheels are very small and smooth and get stuck on everything... small rocks, a variation in pavement height, and a dip are just some of what were obstacles my dog couldn't get over. I was not offered any alternative to those small front tires, so I ordered rear tires for the front. That didn't work because no turns whatsoever were possible, but a large rugged tire makes much more sense. Also, I think it's strange that I have to order a rear cart with front end attachment. This made it so I had a lot of unused and unnecessary parts. And lastly, putting the cart together was a little confusing because all instructions and videos did not have the same exact parts that I received.

Terrible service. Product is defective and is a nightmare trying to get company to pay for return shipping along with them to pay for UPS to pick up the package. I live more than 45 minutes near any UPS drop off. I wouldn’t do business with if I were you. Expensive product is cheaply made. It turns out pin gets stuck inside extender and wheelchair is unable to be adjusted.

I purchased wheelchair from this company. I had good help and eperience with setting it up and using it with my dog. I purchased over $50 rubber toe socks to help with back-end foot-dragging and was assured they had "hassle-free returns" since every bootie I've tried pulls off in dragging. I wore 2 of the booties in the house, and returned them- they pulled off immediately. Walkin Pets- kept a 50% restocking fee plus I had to pay for shipping the item back. The booties showed zero wear or anything- they were used in the house! So I'm super thankful I didn't have to try to return the wheelchair. This company is definitely taking advantage of owners' desperation to help their dogs. Its not about $25 dollars as much as the ethics involved here. If you DO purchase something from this company- and the wheelchair is a HUGE investment- be certain you dont/wont need to return it.

Plastic part that attached to harness broke when trying to bend wire halo into appropriate shape. Very disappointing.

I had high hopes for this product & ordered right away as my senior chocolate lab was really struggling with his hind legs. The hip brace arrived & i fastened it on my dog once & he managed to escape within minutes. He slipped both legs out of the brace somehow with all straps still fastened. Within the week, my dogs front legs also began to give out & he ended up passing away shortly after. I requested a refund & the representative ensured it would be no problem as long as we cleaned the product before sending it back. My mom lint rolled the brace thoroughly and sent it back only for me to receive an email that it was denied due to the poor condition of the brace. They also asked if I would like the brace back or if I would like them to dispose of it for me. As this brace was definitely not cheap, I wanted a full refund. I asked for the brace back so I could make another attempt to clean my deceased dog’s hair off of it for their convenience. They sent it back with no condolences, but photos of my late pup’s hair on the brace. In addition, I would like to elaborate that the return was denied because the company “estimated the item would take 20 minutes or more to clean due to the amount of hair. This would have resulted in a 20% or more restocking fee applied and it would have been a very large deduction to your refund”. So instead of a partial refund, I received no refund & a brace that I cannot use since I no longer have a pet. For a company that claims to have a heart for pets, you would think the company wouldn’t mind a couple extra minutes of lint rolling for a customer who just lost their pet. Overall, I was disappointed with both the product and the customer service.

The boots for our mastiff didn't work. She needs a sole that grips better. The boots didn't help her with mobility at all. We would like to return them.
