I am very happy to have the wheel chair for my 67 lb. Boxer mix named Nico. It took awhile to get everything fitting correctly. Because where I live there aren't any vets to help me. So I spent a lot of time on the phone with Handicapped Pets. They were very patient with me. I sent photos of my dog in the chair and they were able to tell me what adjustments to make. The final adjustment that really helped was going to a larger wheel even though the wheel height I had purchased was supposed to work. No more knuckling under his left paw when we go on walks. I have passed out the info for the company to many people that have seen us walking. People don't know that this is an option. Its nice to know that my sweet guy is helping out other dogs. Thanks Handicapped Pets for providing a much needed service. Thanks to your great employees also.

Our boy took to this excellently crafted chair immediately. While he still has much healing to do from surgery, having this new addition to his rehabilitation regiment has certainly provided multitudes of hope!

2 of my Epagneul Bretons dislocated a portion of their left rear hock area and my veterinarian administered pain and inflammation meds, sending the dogs home in a plastic splint. I followed up purchasing the Walkin'Pets hock splints from HandicappedPets.com. These splints aided in my dogs' recovery to the point that no surgery was required and you cannot tell there was ever an injury.

The customer service department was very helpful. Overall, it was a good experience.

Walkin' Pets is a fantastic company! No complaints! The products are well made and include good directions, especially because it's complicated to fit a dog to a wheelchair. They are very friendly and helpful over the phone if a different size is needed and exchanges easy to do within the appropriate time limit.

She can go and walk in the park with mom and dad, with a big smile on her face! the chair works well with her physique, adjusts and goes on and off her easily. Kensi is a German Shepherd, has hip dysplasia, we were skeptical bout how well the chair fit her, it turned out it is a breeze to get it fitted!
