Our beloved dog contracted DM last year. Your staff helped us find the correct size to fit him. His Walkin Wheels allowed him to have an extra 6 months of mobility before he passed. Although walkin wheels couldn't cure him, having them was a game changer. Thank you! Ps. We donated his wheels to a charitable veterinary medical clinic. Thanks again!

Good Quality & Company. Very nice Customer Service I ordered the mini wheelchair but it didn't work out so I replaced it with next size up. My dog still refuses to use it but I aml working with her and hope she will accept it soon. I know I have to be patient. I suggest you watch the videos on how to put it together (it can be confusing) All of the videos are helpfull. I returned the Mini Chair (kept the larger one): The company charged me a shipping return fee ($13.62) plus a 20% restocking fee. I never took it outside and it was in perfect condition. I thought the refund amount was reasonable. After al,l they have to make money to stay in business and it takes them time and money to inspect and repackage.
