I ordered a rear wheelchair for our dog. I ordered the wrong size. I was able to call the number and the guy that helped me, got me set up with the right size and helped with the return. Everything was easy and we can’t wait to try to new one.

The wheelchair is a blessing for our 16 year old Corgi. It is light, well-constructed and easy to put him in.

It it very sturdy and it fits perfectly! Training my dog now, he is 14 and blind from diabetes. He is still unsure but getting better with wearing it. Had to laugh, first time I put it on him, he sat down and started chewing on the halo part, that was not in the instructions!!

Works great for my dog. He is a beagle/basset mix with the body of a basset. He is 15 yrs old. This makes it so much easier for him when walking around. He can go tot he bathroom when using it with no issues. Easy to het on and off. Product arrived quickly and came with directions.

Quick delivery, friendly and helpful customer service. I received an email from Jamie Duclos to verify I was ordering the correct sizes before they shipped which I found so helpful and reassuring!

Ordered a wheelchair for my Morkie that unexpectedly went paralyzed in her back legs. Shipping was very quick. Unfortunately, she passed away before she was able to use it. The return process was very easy, and the staff was very sweet concerning my loss. I received my refund quickly after they received the shipment.
