Good experience ordering and communicating with customer support, happy customer thanks

When I found this website I was in a panic, worried about my Alvin and if he would ever have the quality of life he had before his unexpected injury. It happened in the blink of an eye and out of nowhere. Finding the right wheelchair for him was incredibly easy. Walkin pets has a wheelchair especially for dachshunds. Measured his legs and found he was in 2 size categories. His weight put him in a chair that was for a longer legged dachshund. I continued reading and found the height could be adjusted on the legs. Mind at ease now, I ordered it and it was here in 3 days. Thankfully the Lord answered our prayers and had different plans for my boy. He made a miraculous recovery and started walking on his. Luckily I was able to start the return and the process was so easy thanks to Tsehaye Gebat. My emails were answered quickly and I had no issues. I highly recommend Walkin’ Pets if God forbid you have the need for a wheelchair for your fur baby.

You have great functional products. My dog has help em up harness and wheels. We are very happy with how much they help us move our dog around. Your customer service people are kind courteous knowledgeable, they always respond quickly so helpful. thank you

My dog had two issues develop. She has disc disease and an adrenal gland tumor. She lost control of her back legs as a result. While she is getting physical therapy for her back legs her wheelchair helps strengthen her front legs and helps satisfy her desire to move. It is also good for her overall health. The staff at the cancer clinic were delighted to see her and called them her hot wheels!

Great customer service, fast delivery, excellent quality. My dog and I are both happy with his new wheels:)

This company was extremely helpful in talking me through to make sure I had correct measurements to select the right wheelchair. They were patient, and thorough, and willing to take all the time that was needed to get it right! Mahalo!
