Your organization is AMAZING ! Had issues w the application stating was invalid email yet it was mine. Individual answering me sent the application to my email which was successfully received. Within hrs I was notified we were accepted I ordered the quad style wheelchair an within a week it was here. However it took me about a week to get it assembled ! The video was life saving. I currently had pacemaker replacement so using this Time to get her familiar w it once have use of both arms wll attempt placing her in . I can't wait for her to see she's able to self stand an gain independence start zooming around the house . The service was fast and as promised. The product looked terrific. We did end up returning as our little dog had a wonderful turn of events regarding his front leg amputation- it became a partial with a pad repositioned to cushion his stump. We decided we were no longer in need of the harness but it was wonderfully constructed and have no doubt we would be using had his prognosis turned out differently.
