Walk-in’ Pets was so helpful when we purchased a wheelchair for our dog, Sadie. We were having some issues with the side rails on the wheelchair not staying latched. I was able to bring Sadie in for help with the wheelchair. Walk-in Pets had a bowl of water waiting for her, and they treated us both so nicely! They were very helpful in replacing the side rails at no cost, and even giving us another harness at no cost, even though her harness was not fitting due to our own silly error. The customer service is fabulous, and we will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a wheelchair for their pet. Sadie is now able to use her wheelchair and we have already noticed that she is beginning to get stronger thanks to the wheelchair. She loves the pink option, too! Thank you so much for all of your help!

The service was excellent!!! I spoke to Colleen, who answered all my questions and even helped me to expedite the shipment of a quad wheelchair for my injured lab. The staff were very friendly and supportive. My shipment arrived on time as promised. I do have some critiques of the wheelchair itself, but that is for another email. Highly recommend Walkin’Pets. Love this product! My 10 year old boxer developed a spinal disorder and could not tell where his back legs are. He had great difficulty walking without his butt falling over to one side or the other, this product is so amazing he loves it and I love the look of happy puppy on his face!

Purchased a large wheel chair for our GSD who has DM. Quality was great and really sturdy. One of the clasps on his harness broke and they replaced it no problem, and I even ordered a spare harness just in case.

Quality materials, excellent instructions. Our German Shepherd is adjusting well.

Seems really well built,takes a little time to set up and get used to using for both doggy and parents. Was delivered in less than 24hours! Also,they double checked my dogs size for a proper fit.
