A great selection of items for handicapped and injured pets. Everything ships quickly and the customer service is excellent. My only comment would be that the items require modification if you have a thin, large dog. I have a slender German shepherd who is quite tall and I find that I have to make modifications to the items to work for her.

I believe the product is well made, however my 80lb GSD has never liked it, and largely refuses to use it. The specialists at my therapy center put this off mainly to it wobbling. We have put screws in to stiffen the unit, however for me the failure is in the harnesses. Simply put the harness are not well laid out for use without the wheelchair, (we bought a very nice harness from another brand used by our therapy center; however, this is not compatible with the chair. I feel the harness we purchased 3 sets in all from Walkin' Pets are really best for small dogs, not large dogs who have lost the use of their back legs. The flimsy straps don't really help. It took trial and error which our dog did not enjoy, but more how to video's would be useful vs marketing material. Over all I think it's a good unit, just didn't work for us.

It is helping my dog a lot on days when she has problems walking.

As far as sending the products, all went very well, as they arrived in a timely manner. I am having an issue with the support sliding down my dog’s front legs every time she wears them. When in place they do help support her.

Once we started using the hip support harness, and our 16-year old golden retriever got used to it, it worked great. I didn't realize how much weight he had lost in his old age, so a size smaller would have been a better fit, but we;re making it work.

We had purchased the Vertebrave but unfortunately it did not fit my girl since it's a standard size (and she is not). Great concept but didn't work out for us. Then I purchased a full body support suit. We had one before but it didn't quite fit this girl. First time measurements were off and it was much too short so HP was helpful in getting it re-built so it fit her better. A perfect option for a dog with a spinal injury that needs help walking. Supports nearly the entire body so there is no twisting of the spine. Takes a while to get all of the straps adjusted but once that's done you can literally lift a dog that can't put weight on its legs and help it to function pretty normally. I'm glad they still offer this as an option even though it's made somewhere else. As the 'clumber spaniel rest home' over the years we have nearly every adaptive device available but love our support suits!

I love this company. However my pug is stubborn and refuses to use his wheels. He is still "mobile" but slowly loosing the use of his back legs. I am hoping eventually he will catch on but for now we still cater to his every needs. The wheels we absolutely love. More affordable for those looking for a quar cart option like I was!

I only give 4stars because our dog just couldn't get the hang of it. Return was seamless, though after cleaning the wheelchair they still kept a portion noting scratches ( we didn't see any).
