I can not judge whether she can use the splint yet. She may be too weak or they may be too big. And there is not a method of getting help.

My dog hated the wheel chair. She screamed and would not walk just laid down and cried. I had to send it back. It was hard to assemble, and it wasn't worth the price. Sorry for the bad review.

My dogs chiropractor is trained in measuring for these wheelchairs. She took measurements and I ordered a medium wheelchair. I got emails asking for pictures of me measuring my dog. A rep named Kimmy told me that I needed a small size. I figured you all should know what you’re doing. I went ahead and had her order the small. It took some time to finally get it shipped out. I get the chair and my Poor dog doesn’t fit in it. I reach out for help. I got one response and that didn’t make it any better. I’m still waiting on a response for further instructions. This has been an awful experience. Not happy with the customer service at all.

Not what I expected, doesn't move as easily as I have hoped. I wish I could return this. Just wasted $150.

Talked w one of your employees and she doesn’t understand it’s too small /short between the strut uprights and the rear crossbar his rear doesn’t have enough room needs longer blue L shape bars or a return slip

Horrible customer service. Don’t shop there unless your willing to pay for your own return. Bought something on sale for $35 and to return would’ve cost about $15 so i just kept it. First and last time purchasing from there.

Brace does not fit. Doesn’t even stay on. Have called and emailed with no response. Very disappointed

While the wheelchair purchase was a success, the harness has been an utter failure. The Velcro is coming off the harness in less than 3 months of use. I’ve reached out and been told to fix it myself - more money and I don’t have the tools, or I can clean it and send it back leaving my dog without support and us with more money out of our pockets. This has been utterly disappointing. It’s not like the harness was $30, it was almost $300. I would not buy another harness from here. I know expectations lead to disappointment, and my expectations did just that with this experience. I sadly, expected we’d be taken care of. Thanks for your reply. But, I have called. Several times. I’ve also emailed. There is no resolution on this and I’m still beyond upset we spent so much money for it to fall apart in less than 3 months. I stand by everything I’ve said. Unlike you. Your quality is needing some help as is the customer service when things like this happen. It’s unacceptable to expect more money AND leave my dog without support.
