Prompt delivery. Excellent communications

The chair was easy to set up but we had our vet make adjustments

We're so glad our dog Reggie has this amazing wheelchair. He normally has trouble keeping stabilized while walking and once he got situated in this, he wanted to run! :)

Words just can't adequately explain how satisfied and impressed I was by this great company. The customer service woman I spoke with could not have been more helpful, polite and knowledgeable about her products which help disabled dogs. She was sympathetic to my needs and even knew when my order would arrive even before the post office did! I highly recommend this company to anyone needing to help their disabled pet!

We bought the Medium/Large cart for our 53 lb Border Collie and were very pleased. It arrived quickly and was very well constructed. It was a tad confusing to assemble at first but the directions and photos helped a lot. We were lucky in that our dog took to the cart immediately and was soon tooling around the yard in her new wheels. Highly recommend this company and this cart.

Ordered 1 harness and received in a timely manner. However this did not fit, so ordered another harness and it was at my door within 2 days. Thank you for your prompt service.

Both products have been perfect for my foster. They wrote me to make sure I had the right size and sent everything very timely.

I was so excited to find this scooter for my handicapped lab. It arrived within a few days, unfortunately I lost Luna the day before it arrived. I wish I had discovered the scooter sooner and she had the opportunity to use it. Unfortunately I had to return it.
