I had four issues. 1. Delivery was not quick as I had hoped. 2. I found the full support harness elsewhere for $80/free delivery..After receiving ours. 3. After buying the one year membership for the accessories discounts I was very disappointed to learn the front wheel accessory we also purchased did not qualify for the discount..After I had been told it would. 4. I was also told there would be a credit issued for the discount on the harness over 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for that. I meant for my review to only have 2 stars for those four reasons but hit the wrong row. I hope to be contacted with help resolving at least three of the four issues.Thank you for caring.

The only complaint I have is that someone was supposed to contact the next day about my order and it didn't happen. I called them after waiting about 3 hours and the lady that answered my call found the information and took care of it. I contacted them several times once I received the order with questions and customer service was very responsive and helpful.

This product works as advertised. It’s made from good quality metal and parts. My dog’s hind legs are immobilized due to a spinal stroke or FCE. The quad wheelchair really helps him with his physical therapy. Also, I recommend purchasing the full body harness. It makes it much easier to move your dog in and out of the wheelchair. This wheelchair has definitely improved quality of life for my best friend. Thanks Walkin Pets!

You get 5 stars for the customer service & help upon ordering BUT when the article didn’t quite fit…I spent 40 minutes of a lunch hour on HOLD for customer support! Then Colleen answered we began our business then I heard a slip, an uh-oh, & a dial tone! I waited 5 minutes to see if she would call me back, no, I called again & waited another 9 minutes & I had to hang up, I had even overstayed my lunch hour…. I suggest for future that you build in the extension to leave a call back IN THE WAIT…because during the last of 40 minutes there was no offer to leave a message only at the first of recording….I have now left messages 3 different days with no call back & our dog was SO EXCITED TO USE the item that she wants to play daily & that CANNOT happen because we need a different size & customer service to help us with exchange. I am a boomer not good with computers so PLEASE call to get us taken care of: Joy Kosta (for Robert, age 97) 503-927-8540….thank you Oh yeah…. I only give a 1 for the customer service call for help & no return call 😡

I had to do a refund because one part of the hipeeze was too small for my dog. They were very efficient in sending the refund and sending the new part to me.

The product is good, but it needs a better method to secure the brace.

Wheelchair is built very well ,I like that the wheel struts taper out so my dog doesn't run over her paws as she is not paralyzed an still has some use of her hind legs. My only complaint and reason for only 4 stars is because you have to buy the better more comfortable rear harness separately which is another $60.00 . For the price of the chair I feel they could do away with the leg straps and just give the harness instead,however this is just my opinion.
