Absolutely infuriated at the customer service. First my product was shipped to an address associated with PayPal I havnt lived at for 4 years even though I put in my address in my profile. No compensation for me driving 5 hours to see if the package was there. I was, soaked all the way through. Got it home and the 4 bolts for the front legs supports are the wrong size. When I called about the shipping error it was “oh well it’s not our fault”. Absolute joke of customer service. All your company seems to care about is your money. Screw the pets and the owners. I will never buy a product from you and will spread the word of how poorly you treat your customers. Pathetic you don’t value the happiness of your customers.

We were charged over $100 in duties and it is extremely difficult to use. Not happy at all

The person I spoke to on the phone for "walking pets" was very nice and very helpful.. but the product. "size "small" was way too big.. and just fell off my 45 lb. dog. Size "very small"... couldn't even attach the velcro on top. Way, way too small. Very expensive. seemed like a good product on the ad, but did not work at all. My dog just spun around in circles when I attempted to put on the extra small, before the velcro just came apart and it fell off. Too boot, I was charged a return fee of $7 to return the product. A big waste of time and money.

Item had defective padded strap upon receiving. Called and emailed pictures and still have not gotten a response in 2 weeks.

The rear wheelchair did not fit despite measuring my dog using the SureFit calculator. It is too tall for my short legged shih tzu even on the shortest height setting, and also looks to be inadequate in length on the longest length setting. I called customer service and then corresponded with a representative by email. I sent photos as requested but have not received help adjusted the fit as promised. I doubt it can be made to fit as I have already adjusted the height and length. I will be returning the wheelchair and I am annoyed that I will have to pay a restocking fee.

I ordered two carpal splints XL on advise of my vet. Got ONE on a Friday - the office was closed. Sent an email. On Monday email response said another would be overnighted. 2nd splint was received on Tuesday.

Was not right size. Spent hours on phone talking and emailing. Sent photos. Got new rods that didn't solve problem because of rail design. Still too large. 30 minutes to get in harness each time and then have to lift him into place and make connections. When he needs to go he means now...

It is to snug. The wheels are to big for a small dog
