We purchased this for my mom's dog Schultz - he's 18 and a Rottweiler cattle dog mix who is 69lbs. Putting it together wasn't bad at all - quite simple and really good idea to watch the youtube video for the instructions as well. Schultz was walking with our help holding up the front end. What we realized is that he was also weak in the front legs now too. This is a really easy to get your dog in and out of with practice. No matter what the equipment, it will always require getting used to for the pet and the owner. We ordered the front wheels of the dog wheelchair and just know that this will give him the right amount of support for walking again. ;0) thanks

The product is really good. Could use more written help on how to get my dog to not walk backwards in the wheelchair.

This company has changed my Great Dane's mobility with their amazing products. We now have a full wheelchair (4 wheels upgraded from 2 wheels) and it is a life changing product for my family. My dog's quality of life is greatly enhanced by his wheels and we will be forever grateful for this company and their amazing products. We started with the hind end wheels a couple years ago and now that our guy is getting older, we have moved to the 4 wheels. The wheels are intelligently designed and make a world of a difference.

I ordered a walk-in lift harness for my dog and it was to small. I went to the website and did an exchange for a bigger size, and then noticed a walk-in lift and step harness that I wanted instead and all I had to do is call and they set up for me to get that harness instead of the harness I had originally ordered. They are very easy to work with. My boy is 13 years old and is having trouble getting up by himself and I have been trying to find a harness that will work for both of us. I like this company because if you order a harness and it doesn’t work they will left you return it or exchange it for the same item or something different.

The company has a variety of items to assist a handicapped pet. Excellent service and customer service. Prices fair.

It was easy to order the braces with help by phone. When my dog became suddenly ill and died after the braces were shipped, sympathetic person on the phone quickly assisted me in arranging return of the package. I had the information for the return before the product arrived. I am very impressed with the caring and efficient personnel. Refund was prompt when I returned the items ( even though I was delayed going to the post office by my contracting Covid, the likely cause of my dog’s sudden deterioration and death). Thank you for the compassionate response.
