The chair came quick. Once we finally figured out how to assemble it, it looks like a little robot. The harness is still too large even adjusted down to the smallest it could go. I am going to try and find a harness small enough and rig it to fit roussey.

OMG! This is a life-changing thing of beauty. Not only was Micaela able to move around, sniff around and exercise, but assembling her wheelchair was very fast and simple. We were amazed at the way it was engineered. The instruction booklet was easy to follow. I can't help but gush over every aspect of this wheelchair and what it represents for Micaela. The wheels i got are great. Light wheels are perfect for my dog. He puts on a lot of miles so, we will see how long they hold up. Worried about wear in the axle hole. What would be nice for winter would be skis with a pair of wheels along the center for road and snowy trail travel.

Unfortunately I had to reach out a lot to customer service through emails because we waited to long in buying the wheels for our 15yr old. Plus she is very long waisted and long hind legs so we had to order larger wheels after the wheelchair arrived. I was truly amazed how helpful and organized Jillian D was with every aspect of my multiple situations. If you need any guidance on what product is best for you, just call and ask. Great durable products as well. And very fast on returns. Thank you for all your support in this stressful time of need.

I ordered the wrong brace, and knowing that using the brace may void the return policy (dog hair left and such), I didn't use it at all. The brace I ordered was a few dollars more than the one I needed, and I offered to forgive the balance since it was my mistake, but they'd have none of that, and exchanged the brace AND refunded me the balance. Not expected, however much appreciated.
