My order contained the wrong item, a front harness though i ordered a rear harness. The wheels were fine. I lost my dog to illness. I called to return the items and the agent was very compassionate and helpful. I never hot to try my upgraded wheels but the product was good.

Everything fine. One main issue: I really struggled with a very simple step - pushing the metal buttons down far enough so the rod would adjust to the right length. My hands are tiny so I was frustrated it was so hard to operate such a simple mechanism. When I used a tool to depress the button, the button would jam (get out of alignment with the hole and not pop back up). I then had to remove the rod entirely, get the button re-aligned and start over. Maybe the tolerances are not what they should be. Happy my dog doesn't resist it. Though on 2nd week on using it he tipped over and looked like an upside down turtle. Really appreciated the videos.

I was excited to get this for my dog. Generally happy with it. Had 1 issue where one of the wheel's lug nut tightened and it wasn't turning. My dog was bucking and going backwards, I couldn't figure it out. Finally did, but now my dog is afraid of the chair, so back to square one, slowly re introducing, but the wheels shouldn't tighten or loosen on their own . The wheels came pre assembled.

The process was fairly easy, and I received it in good time. The product I received turned out to be too small for my dog. So I will be donating it to my local SPCA, and using something different that I made myself I do recommend this site as they have quality products.

Not sure what happened. The order I requested to be delivered as fast as possible did not arrive but a later order, sent by snail mail did. But when I told you about it, you corrected the situation right away. Thanks! My pup loves his wheels!

The product is great, but the lack of set up instructions makes it harder than it should be. I had to hunt down a couple videos on YouTube.
