WalkinpetsReviews of walkinpets.com

My pet passed before the wheels arrived. Walkin Pets was great with an easy return. Wish I could have used the wheels though.

I am absolutely thrilled with the Walkin' Pets product line and customer service! While the products are extremely well produced and durable, I am most impressed with the forward thinking that went into the product designs and set up instructions, as well as the the exceptional response and follow through by the Customer Service group. This company clearly understands the importance of quality products and exceptional communications! Their Customer Service Group has been more than timely, friendly and helpful in responding to my every need, be it an exchange for a different size or an adjustment to the wheelchair. Walkin' Pets products have helped me keep my 16 year old pup mobile and on the go! She is such a happy and energetic girl again. The wheelchair allows her to play with her ball, as well as go for her much needed and enjoyable walks! THANK YOU WALKIN' PETS!!

Thank God for this company and their products that enabled my Boxer with DM to live another 6 months of quality life. You people at Walkin’ Pets…. you and what you do MATTERS. Please do not take your work lightly, it is important.

You were great to deal with, fast shipping

The woman on phone was very helpful

The website is very helpful and provides a lot of information to make the right choice for your pet. When I called with a question I was treated with respect and they really wanted to help. The follow up is nice too! The walkin wheels was a gift for my grand-dog who had an unfortunate accident. This has given her a chance at a better life. Thanks so much!

I know this will help her after she gets use to it. It's only been 1 day and not for very long with Temps being 105+ I won't leave her outside very long looking forward to cooler Temps so she can be outside.

Customer service and the product were both superb. Thanks for a great job.
