Unfortunately this did not work out for our dog. He is an exception and we've tried everything else but thought we would give it a try. My 5 star is for the customer service. The product got here quickly. However, we called to have them set up a return. They were very understanding and sent a return label the same day. If there are other products that we need in the future we will use them again.

My little dachshund is getting used to his wheels. We don't use them every day, but when we do he seems to like the freedom. Thank you

Thanks for everything- you are awesome your service is great - in the darkest moments there was again some hope for my pet. Unfortunately he had to go from this world in a better one but again you gave us some hope and we can't thank you enough.

Long story short, we bought a walking wheel chair for our Maltese when she lost the use of her back legs. But, before it arrived we had to make the horrible decision to send Sadie across the Rainbow Bridge. Handicapped Pets made it extremely easy to return the product and issued a refund quickly. They were compassionate and so understanding.

Our boxer "Tucker" has degenerative myelopathy and has begun the very sad decline of losing control over his hind legs. This wheelchair has been an amazing gift that we were able to give to him. We call it "Tucker's wheels" and he gets very excited to be able to spend time in it going for walks and chasing the ball in the yard. He took to it immediately and didn't need any convincing that this device would give him the ability to do the things he loves. I am so grateful for this product. Although he will only be able to use it for a short while because as the disease progresses he will eventually lose control of all of his motor functions. We have been able to maintain some sense of freedom and fun for him while he is still able.

My doggie is doing well walking around the block and adapted to the wheelchair in about 4 days. Now, after 2 weeks, he looks forward to our walks around the block, sniffling the neighborhood and getting exercise. I think the mobility has made him feel more like his usual spunky self.
