Shipping was so fast! Easy to replace the parts that had worn on my dog’s wheelchair. This product has truly improved his quality of life!

I was concerned at first, not having heard of the company but discovering through an internet search. However, our front tri-pawd, Roxxe, hurt her back leg - same side as the front missing leg. We were devastated when she would not even get comfortable to relieve herself outside with us holding her. Although I wish the company had a better first answering service - which made me think I was hitting into a call or data center somewhere - my concerns were immediately relieved by KR. She was fabulous, knowledgeable, kind, helpful, patient, and caring. She answered all of our questions, helped us to determine the correct size, and add additions (belly band and amputee cover for the front ring). The product arrived the very next day (we are in VT, so close by the company) but KR had also invited us down if we wanted to take a quick road trip. We had no problem putting the quad chair together - although the buttons are really hard, and the alan tool not quite long enough for leverage to push the button in to move/size the framing (I used a wooden wood chop). The material is solid and does not make a lot of noise (Roxxe is a bit nervous around "things"). We had watched a video from Youtube (we think from the company) and paused it at each step (this would have been better if easier to find online directly from the website). We tried Roxxe, as suggested, for short times, with treats and praise. A few days later, we had our virtual fitting with MB. She was also amazing, patient, and skillful at helping us to best fit the wheelchair for Roxxe. We wish we did not need this product and we are so very grateful that it will be life-saving for our 5-year old pittie mix. The cost was still high (but half of the competition) but we feel the quality materials and service was well worth the investment in Roxxe's health. Thank you!

This company is very reputable. Product was very nice & were easy to work with. When I had to return it, it was quick and easy and my money was refunded. I would def buy from them again in the future.

My minpin has a degenerative disc disease and his right back leg started to drag. Through a lot of research trying to figure out how to help him, I discovered Walkin' Pets. We measured his leg and ordered a boot which came via the mail quicker than I thought. The only issue we had with the boot were that the straps were very long and would snag on sticks and worse, he'd poop on them. We could have just cut them, but were worried about the velcro eventually giving out, so instead, I sewed extenders on them and now the straps wrap completely around and stay fastened which also helps the boot stay on. Not that it was that much of an issue before, but this definitely helps. I am so grateful for this product. He is up and running, spunky as ever. Plus, when it comes time for wheels, we know where to find them!

Absolutely Amazing - Tsehaye gave excellent customer service. Walked me through step by step and my order was perfect. It was extremely difficult to find anything for my Old English Bulldogge but she did e everything for me perfectly. When I had been apprehensive to place an order wondering if this would be the right thing Tsehaye made me purchase without hesitation because she new what she was talking about. Thank you so very much for the impeccable customer service in a world that could careless about anything these days. I would recommend this company to anyone. The product will NOT disappoint as it is extremely well made.

I ordered the Walker for my golden whose hips gave out. They arrived fine nut regrettably the dog had to be put down due to other problems. I returned the item and got a full refund. Very quick and easy to work with. Recommend.

We both had a good experience with Morgan and Kennedy as they answered questions, looked at pictures we sent and gave us good advice on setup of the walk-in wheels. The wheels arrived promptly and in excellent condition. We are now working with our 13 year old Molly on walking with her new wheels.
