Customer service is excellent.

Walkin' Pets they are awesome. Customer service are so friendly and so nice they work with you, they don't rush you into a product they work with you. Returns, if the item doesn't quit fit your dog/baby - easy return. I highly recommend.

Krystal has been very helpful, we can see that Handicapped pets is a morally strong company solving real pets concerns across the globe. Thank you so much.

My dog has a large benign lipoma on her left shoulder. Because of this she needs a extra large front harness but only a large in back. With them I have been able to lift her into my car for trips to the vet and rides. Thanks to customer service for helping me select the right sizes. Shipping was very fast as well

Great customer service

Purchased the large wheel chair. Sadly my lab’s front legs were not strong enough to keep her mobilized. The chair did work as intended but sadly not for our best girl. Thank you handicapped pets for making this product for our beloved friends.

I am grateful for all the help I received from Colleen Ryan when I inquired and finally ordered the quad cart for my little one. She was very caring and sensitive to our situation. The cart works great and I only wish that I had gotten it earlier for her. The quad cart is giving my little one a good break from laying down all day, adding to her quality of life for her last weeks. thank you!

Product excellent, arrived right on time and I spoke to customer service. The person I spoke to was super knowledgeable and polite. Larry Apps.
