We never got to use the wheelchair. We ordered it then out girl took a turn for the worse. I called to cancel and they made the process easy and no additional stress from what we were already feeling. The representative also offered sincere condolences which in these times is so appreciated.

Customer Service is excellent. They will return unused items after cleaning and try their best to size the item properly. Always a good experience with them. My best furry friend is totally disabled in his rear and has many disability aids from walkin pets
