Walkin' Pets products are of very nice quality. The rear harness seemed to run really big (sent it back) and the wheel cart we ordered for our German Shepherd is amazing. They are responsive and very friendly. I will have to say, I have emailed and texted pics and questions about the fitting of our wheel cart and no response for three days. Overall, they have been a good company.

The service from WALKIN' PETS is exceptional. I received my order in a timely manner. I ordered a full support model and I had a terrible time putting it together. The regular rear support would be no trouble. But it just didn't suit the needs of my fur baby and so I emailed them to see about a return. They almost IMMEDIATELY responded and were very gracious about it. I asked for a return label, and it was emailed immediately. SO I packaged it back up and sent it back at a UPS drop off center. I didn't give 5 stars simply because the full support model was awful to put together. But I would use them again if I needed a rear support model.

I really feel like you all care. I do believe you listen to your customers and do your best. I just don't know how to put my finger on it. It's like I feel that something is missing on these carts. Maybe more interchangeable, make it even more adjustable just because, all the money I have spent, I still cannot get my girl into one. I am actually going to try to create a different type of quad possibly. These Corgis are just difficult to fit.

Once we figured out how to adjust the rear harness, we love it! I do feel the sizing is off just a hair (if the dog falls borderline between sizes, size DOWN). The harness could use better instructions. My pup I'd very happy with her new set of wheels though!

Walkin' Wheel's Full Support/4 Wheel Large is an awesome piece of equipment with only a few flaws. TLRD: Pretty happy with our purchase, we only experienced a few small flaws with the assembly, and we would recommend this item to other people. I would definitely recommend you consider how to get your animal into the wheelchair before buying. After our large Pitbull Shadow pushed open a door and ran out into the road where was run over by a car, we were on the fence about what to do. Surprisingly Shadow didn't have any broken bones, but his spine was pulled out of alignment just past his ribcage, and severely damaged his spinal cord. He lost control over his rear legs, but is not fully paralyzed in his hind area. Our veterinarian suggested we look into getting a cart for him, since after two days his appetite returned, and he seemed to have a good temperament other than being in a lot of pain from the accident. After a few weeks of letting him heal, we started looking for carts and came across Walkin' Pets. After speaking with our veterinarian and a few family discussions we decided to buy a 4 wheel set for Shadow to get him back on his feet. We paid for 1-5 day shipping and got the wheelchair within 3 days of the order being processed. On unboxing, we got everything that we paid for. While assembling the piece, there was one small threaded insert that had been pushed out of its position on the wheelchair base that prevented the front wheel support from fitting into the base. I threaded a provided screw into the threaded insert, and was able to pull it back into place, and then the front wheel support was able to slide into position. Something you need to consider if you want to purchase a cart is how hard will it be to get your dog into the cart. It is difficult to get our 90 pound Pitbull into the 4 wheel chair. I can deadlift over 250 pounds, but I cannot put him in the full support setup without assistance. With even my 6 year old foster daughters help however, it becomes pretty easy. Guiding his legs into the proper supports is the biggest issue, because we don't want to put him down awkwardly and have him get hurt. He has significant trauma to his front left leg in the accident, and he is slowly able to put more and more weight on it every day. The cart is definitely helping him rehab his front leg, and we think that once he has full use of his front legs, it will be easier to put him in the cart. All in all, even though it is pretty expensive compared to other models, we think it is a great investment. Shadow seems very happy to get in the cart and start moving around again, and being able to move around is helping him heal. I imagine within a few months he wont even notice that he is in a cart at all.

El producto es de muy buena calidad y tal cual viene en las fotos. Sin embargo el aro es muy pesado para perros muy pequeños que están viejitos mi perro es de menos de 2 kg y la tala xxxs le quedó grande ligeramente y el peso del aro hacía que se fuera de lado o hacia el frente. En cuanto a envío a México fue rápido y sin problemas, para perros jóvenes o que aguanten el peso está excelente la idea. The product is exactly how you see it on internet. The problem is that my dog is small size and old and the halo is too heavy for an old dog, I would definitely recommend it for a young blind dog. The size xxxl is still to big for a tee cup dog but it can be adjusted, i won’t use it because my dog can’t handle the weight of the halo :( we tried but it makes him fall from the weight. I think they can work a way of adjusting a lighter halo for xxxs and xxs size and make it more suitable for older dogs.

The service is great! Shipped fast and the assembly was pretty easy. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is due to the push buttons for the adjustments. The design is very unforgiving if you push in at any slight angle. Then the button is lost in the tube and you have to get creative to get it back set properly so it will work. It was very annoying as it took some time getting things set properly when trying to fit our old boy. Other than that, this is our second set of wheels and are very happy!

Products are good quality but you need more customer service. I waited 30 minutes on the phone.
