Olivia was very patient, nice and helpful when I received a front harness instead of a rear harness. Helped me identify certain items in my walking wheelchair and was very knowledgeable about the products sold. I had a wonderful experience with this company. They spent an hour and a half helping me fit my dog for her new wheels, (I would never have been able to pull it off myself) and the wheelchair works perfectly for her. We are so grateful.

Unfortunately my Sara was put down before my harness arrived and I had to return it. I received the email with the return label with all of the information I needed. I am so sorry I didn't order it sooner when she could have benefited from the use of the harness. It's in the return process now and I expect my credit account will be credited for the charge.

Walkin' Pets provides great products for handicapped pets. Our corgi was mauled by another dog and suffered some spine injuries. She is weak behind. She really benefits from the rear, no-knuckling socks. I purchased the walkin' lift rear harness but it doesn't fit her. I will return and continue to use the lift we have. The quality of the walkin' rear lift harness was good. Just didn't work for a corgi.

The video was helpful as I was able to watch and then pause as needed. The wheelchair that arrived fit my corgi perfectly. He’s now getting used to his new freedom.

Excellent customer service! They were able to FaceTime us to help set up our 11 year old pug's rear-facing wheelchair. They were so patient, kind, and informative. Definitely recommend this company!
